Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken from a rotisserie chicken, diced
  • 16 oz sour cream container
  • 3 cups cheese shredded, sharp
  • 1.25 oz taco seasoning package
  • ¼ cup green onion sliced
For serving
  • diced tomato
  • green onion sliced, more
  • 1 corn chips large bag

Instructions

  1. In a 3-quart or larger slow cooker add the chicken, sour cream, sharp cheese, taco seasoning and green onion. Gently stir together.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time. Stir and serve with the tomato and extra green onion on the side for guest to put on their plate.
