Slow Cooker Chocolate Candy

Slow Cooker Chocolate Candy is the perfect way to make easy homemade candy. The chocolate peanut treats are wonderful edible gifts to make for the holidays!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups peanuts approx. 1 pound, salted
  • 4 cups chocolate chips semi-sweet
  • 4 cups white chocolate melting disks
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add peanuts to the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Top with chocolate chips and white chocolate melting disks.
  3. Cook on low for 2 hours.
  4. Add vanilla extract and stir well.
  5. Drop 1 tablespoon-sized scoops onto baking sheets, 2 inches apart.
  6. Let fully harden for 30 minutes in the refrigerator before eating or storing in covered containers for holiday gifts.
