Ingredients

  • 3 lbs country style pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the ribs in the crock pot.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in small bowl.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour over the ribs.
  5. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  6. Place the ribs on a cooking sheet, lined with foil.
  7. Spoon sauce over the top.
  8. Broil (or grill) for 5-10 minutes or until it begins to brown.
