Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops

Pork chops are slow cooked with ranch seasoning and creamy soup. Serve over rice or pasta for the most comforting dinner!

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops about 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 can (10 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing/ seasoning mix
  • freshly chopped parsley optional

Instructions

  1. Grease the insert of a slow cooker with cooking spray. Place pork chops in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the cream soups over the pork chops then sprinkle the top with ranch seasoning mix.
  3. Cover with lid and cook on low heat for 4 hours OR cook on high heat for 3 hours. (Internal temperature of pork needs to reach 145 degrees F.)
  4. When ready to serve sprinkle with chopped Parsley, if desired. Enjoy!
