Ingredients
- 4 lb boneless beef roast chuck or round roast
- 2 Cans Beef Consumme
Instructions
- Place roast beef into your slow cooker.
- Pour beef consumme over roast beef.
- Cook on high 4 hours or on low 6-8 hours.
- Once roast beef has cooked, remove from slow cooker with tongs. Break apart lightly with two forks.
- Separate fat from beef au jus leftover in crockpot.
- Serve with buns, dip sandwiches in au jus.
