Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 white onion sliced
  • 4 Anaheim or Hatch chile peppers roughly chopped
