Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 2 cups pepper jack cheese shredded
  • 8 oz can diced jalapeños
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup Eckrich Ham off the Bone Deli Meat diced
  • ½ cup sour cream
For dipping:
  • tortilla chips
  • vegetables carrots, celery or broccoli

Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, sea salt, garlic powder and diced ham to a slow cooker, stir everything together.
  2. Cover and slow cook for 1 hour - 1 hour 30 minutes on low, open and stir in the sour cream.
  3. Leave in the slow cooker on the warm setting or serve immediately with chips or vegetables for dipping.
