Ingredients
- 1 10.5-ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 ½ cups basmati rice uncooked
- 1 pound ham cooked, boneless, cubed
- 1 large broccoli head
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 cup fried onion straws
- ¾ Cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
- Get out and measure all of your ingredients. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, add cream of chicken soup, mayo, sour cream, minced garlic, pepper, and rice. Stir until blended. Add to the slow cooker.
- Cut ham into ½” cubes. Wash broccoli and cut into florets. Add cubed ham and broccoli to the top of the rice. Cover with cheddar cheese.
- Top with ½ of the fried onion. Pour melted butter over the top. Set the slow cooker to High, cover and cook for 2 ½ hours.
- Remove the lid and stir to combine ingredients. Top with remaining fried onion straws.
- Serve hot and enjoy very bite!

Notes
- Try a slow cooker liner: Use a slow cooker liner to save time on cleanup after dinner.
- Check the liquid level: If more liquid is needed, add a splash of chicken broth to the casserole for moisture.
- Let it rest after cooking: Allow the ham broccoli casserole some time to rest after it cooks to ensure all of the ingredients are perfectly tender.
