Slow Cooker Hawaiian Chicken Sliders

Hawaiian Chicken Sliders are easily made by tossing chicken, pineapple & Hawaiian BBQ sauce in a slow cooker for a few hours, then serving on Hawaiian rolls!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 15 oz bottle King’s Hawaiian Original Pineapple BBQ Sauce
  • 2 cups pineapple diced
  • 24 King’s Hawaiian Rolls
Optional Toppings
  • pepper jack cheese shredded
  • avocado sliced
  • fresh jalapeños sliced

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the chicken, BBQ sauce and pineapple to a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Remove the lid and shred the chicken, toss with the BBQ sauce and pineapple.
  4. Serve on King’s Hawaiian Rolls.
  5. Add the toppings of your choice.
