Slow Cooker Orange Chicken

This effortless slow cooker version of classic orange chicken has all the flavor without the mess or hassle of frying.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 cup Bar-b-que sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili paste
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • green onions sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Dice chicken into 2" chunks
  2. Place the chicken, bell pepper, and onion in the slow cooker.
  3. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4.
  4. After about 2 hours of cooking, drain off any excess liquid.
  5. Add in marmalade, bbq sauce and chili paste, continue cooking until sauce thickens, about 2 hours on high, 4 on low.
  6. Serve with rice and enjoy!
