Slow Cooker Orange Chicken
This effortless slow cooker version of classic orange chicken has all the flavor without the mess or hassle of frying.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili paste
- 1 onion diced, large
- 1 bell pepper diced
- green onions sliced
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Dice chicken into 2" chunks
- Place the chicken, bell pepper, and onion in the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4.
- After about 2 hours of cooking, drain off any excess liquid.
- Add in marmalade, bbq sauce and chili paste, continue cooking until sauce thickens, about 2 hours on high, 4 on low.
- Serve with rice and enjoy!
