Slow Cooker Pepsi Pot Roast
This Asian-inspired Pepsi Pot Roast is fork tender and incredibly flavorful! It's easy to make in the slow cooker, and guaranteed to be a family favorite!
Ingredients
- 1-2 lb london broil roast
- 1 yellow onion sliced thin
- 1 garlic peeled, head
- 1 Pepsi can
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar may substitute white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- green onion optional, for garnish
- sesame seeds optional, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in crockpot.
- Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
