Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 package ranch dressing powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth
For Serving
  • tortillas
  • avocado
  • tomatoes
  • cilantro
  • ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Place 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle 1 package taco seasoning and 1 package ranch dressing powder over the chicken.
  3. Pour 1 cup chicken broth over the seasonings.
  4. Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks. Serve with tortillas and your favorite taco toppings like avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, and ranch dressing.
