Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 package ranch dressing powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
For Serving
- tortillas
- avocado
- tomatoes
- cilantro
- ranch dressing
Instructions
- Place 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle 1 package taco seasoning and 1 package ranch dressing powder over the chicken.
- Pour 1 cup chicken broth over the seasonings.
- Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken using two forks. Serve with tortillas and your favorite taco toppings like avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, and ranch dressing.
