Slow Cooker Sesame Chicken
Slow Cooker Sesame Chicken is an easy recipe for Asian takeout. Made with a yummy sauce honey, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Try this today!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 2 pounds chicken thighs , boneless, skinless, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup green onions , thinly sliced, extra for garnish
- sesame seeds to garnish
Instructions
- To your slow cooker add the soy sauce, honey, ketchup, sesame oil, Sriracha, and garlic, and whisk well.
- Add in chicken chunks and mix well.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Mix water and cornstarch and add to slow cooker with green onions, stirring in gently.
- Cook on high for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
