Slow Cooker Spinach and Artichoke Dip
This Slow Cooker Spinach and Artichoke Dip blends canned artichoke hearts, thawed frozen spinach, multiple cheeses, and a touch of red wine vinegar into a creamy warm appetizer. Cooking in a slow cooker allows the flavors to meld gently while the cream cheese melts smoothly, resulting in a rich, cheesy dip with a mild tang from the vinegar. It's ideal for gatherings or a savory snack served warm.
