																							Ingredients
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
 - 1 tsp ground ginger
 - 1 lb pork tenderloin
 - ½ red bell pepper large dice
 - ½ green bell pepper large dice
 - ½ red onion large dice
 - ½ cup pineapple chunks
 - ¼ cup honey
 - ¼ cup gluten free soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
 - 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
 - 2 cloves garlic crushed
 - 1 tsp red pepper flakes
 
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the brown sugar and ground ginger.
 - Rub the pork tenderloin with the mixture.
 - Place in the crock pot and add the bell peppers, onion and pineapple.
 - In a small bowl whisk the honey, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, white wine vinegar, garlic and red pepper flakes together.
 - Pour the sauce over the pork in the crock pot.
 - Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 6-8 hours.
 - Remove the pork tenderloin from the crock pot and use two forks to shred.
