Slow Cooker Tater Tot Ranch Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pkt (10 oz) ranch dressing seasoning one package
  • 1 brick (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 6 Bacon chopped, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Jalapeño fresh, chopped
  • 1 bag (32 oz) tater tots frozen
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup scallions chopped

Instructions

  1. Get out all of your ingredients and measure them.
  2. Grease the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Place the whole chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Add the ranch seasoning.
  5. Add the cream cheese.
  6. Next, add the bacon.
  7. Now, add the jalapenos.
  8. Cook on high for 3 hours.
  9. When cooking time is complete, remove the lid,
  10. Shred the chicken using a meat shredder or fork.
  11. First, top with tater tots.
  12. Follow with the cheese.
  13. Finish with the scallions
  14. Cook for an additional hour.
  15. When cooking time is complete, scoop the dish out with a large serving spoon and serve immediately.
