Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 4 pounds chicken wings
  • chopped peanuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add ginger, garlic powder, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, sriracha, and 1/4 cup water to blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more water by tablespoonfuls if needed.
  3. Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour the Thai Peanut sauce over the top.
  4. Cook wings in slow cooker on low for 4-5 hours.
  5. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
