Slow Cooker White Chocolate Candies
Slow Cooker White Chocolate Candies are easy salty sweet treats made with white chocolate melts, salted peanuts, and vanilla extract.
Ingredients
- 6 cups peanuts approximately 32 ounces, salted
- 48 ounces white chocolate melting disks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sprinkles , for garnish
Instructions
- Add peanuts to the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Top with white chocolate melting disks.
- Cook on low for 1 hour.
- Stir well, then cook for another hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Drop 1 tablespoon sized scoops onto baking sheets, 2 inches apart before garnishing with sprinkles.
- Let fully harden for 30 minutes in the refrigerator before eating or storing in covered containers for holiday gifts.
