Slushie Recipe
Put your feet up and cool down with a refreshing drink. This fully customizable fruit Slushie Recipe hits the spot on a hot day.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Fruit e.g., strawberries, blueberries, mango, or watermelon, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/3 cup sparkling water
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice or lime juice, fresh
- 1 teaspoon honey optional, or agave nectar
Instructions
- Rinse and chop the fresh fruit if you're using fresh varieties. Measure out 2 cups of the fruit.
- In a high-speed blender, add the fruit, ice cubes, sparkling water, lemon or lime juice, and honey or agave nectar if desired.
- Mix the ingredients at high speed until you achieve a smooth, slushy texture. If needed, add more ice or sparkling water to achieve desired consistency.
- Pour the slushie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
