Smoked Beef Brisket

Smoked beef brisket makes for a delicious brisket recipe. Spending a bit of time on the smoker produces tons of flavor in this beef brisket recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds beef brisket trimmed
  • 8 ounces Coca-Cola
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place beef brisket in a zip top bag.
  2. Pour in Coca-Cola, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic cloves.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Place beef brisket in smoker pre-heated to around 220 degrees.
  5. Cook for 6-8 hours or until internal temperature reaches 145-180 degrees, depending on your preference.
  6. Remove from smoker, wrap in aluminum foil and allow to rest 10-15 minutes on a rimmed baking sheet in the oven.
  7. Remove from the foil and slice against the grain into 1/4 inch slices.
