Smoked Paprika Chicken Rub

This sugar-free smoked paprika chicken rub adds bold and delicious flavors to any chicken cut.I recommend to use about ¾ teaspoon per chicken leg quarter or 1 tablespoon per whole chicken.

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika hot variety

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer to a glass jar with a lid and store in a cool place, such as a kitchen cabinet.
