Smoked Pork Chops
These Smoked Pork Chops are as delicious to eat as they are easy to make.
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops 1 inch thick, bone-in
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees F.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a small bowl. Season both sides of the pork chops evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the seasoned pork chops on the smoker. Cook for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
- Remove the pork chops from the smoker and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
