Smoked Salmon Bagel
Smoked Salmon Bagel is a light and delicious sandwich consisting of toasted bagels slathered with cream cheese, smoked salmon, dill and briny capers which is perfect for brunch, breakfast or lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 bagel sliced in half
- 2 tablespoon cream cheese softened
- 150 g smoked salmon 5.3 oz
Garnish:
- red onion a few, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoon capers drained
- dill fresh, few sprigs
- lemon wedges
Instructions
- Toast the bagel halves in a toaster or oven.
- Spread 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
- Layer on half the smoked salmon.
- Garnish with red onion, capers, fresh dill, and a squeeze of lemon over the top.
- Repeat with the remaining bagel half.
- Serve immediately.
