Smoked Salmon Bagel
Try this delicious homemade smoked salmon bagel with cream cheese, lemon, dill, and your favourite toppings. Ready in under 5 minutes!
Ingredients
- 2 bagel sliced in half
- 75 g smoked salmon
- 45 g cucumber sliced
- 4 tablespoon cream cheese
- 0.25 lemon juice only
- 5 g dill finely chopped, fresh
- 1 tomato sliced, beef
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 avocado sliced
- black pepper ground
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 4 tablespoon Cream cheese, juice of 0.25 Lemon and 5 g Fresh dill.
- Lightly toast 2 Bagels.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over all the bagel halves.
- Add slices of 1 Beef tomato, slices of 1 Avocado, 45 g Cucumber, 75 g Smoked salmon, 1 teaspoon Capers and Ground black pepper.
Notes
- Watercress Salad
- Make sure to toast your bagels before using. It really does make a difference.
- Let the cream cheese soften for 10 minutes before mixing everything together. It will make it easier to spread too.
- If you prefer a thicker cream cheese mixture in your salmon bagel, then use lemon zest instead of the juice from the lemon.
