Ingredients
- 8 bagels toasted, assorted types
- 2 pounds smoked salmon thin-sliced
- 2 tomato thinly sliced, heirloom
- 2 cucumber thinly sliced, Persian
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 cream cheese 8-ounce package, spreadable
- ¼ cup capers drained
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
- ¼ cup dill fresh
Instructions
- Arrange bagels, smoked salmon, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, cream cheese spread and capers on platter or wooden cheese board. Garnish with lemon and dill, if desired.
