Smoked Shrimp Caprese Skewers

The ultimate no-cook party bite, these smoked shrimp caprese skewers are the perfect bite-sized appetizer. Made with juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, fresh basil and smoked shrimp, these skewers are naturally high protein, gluten free and low carb.

Ingredients

  • 16 smoked shrimp
  • 16 cherry tomato
  • 16 mozzarella balls (pearl sized)
  • 16 basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Working in any order you wish, thread one of each item (smoked shrimp, cherry tomato, mozzarella and basil) on each toothpick and serve on a large platter. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to serve.
