Ingredients

  • 1 average banana
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (heaping cups)
  • 1 cup papaya nectar
  • 1/4 cup turbinado sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups ice

Instructions

  1. Place the banana, strawberries, papaya nectar, and sugar in a blender. Cover and puree.
  2. Add the ice and puree until smooth.

Notes

  • This recipe makes 32 ounces.
  • Want a thicker smoothie? Use packaged frozen fruit, or slice and freeze the banana and strawberries beforehand for at least an hour.
