Ingredients

S'mores Base:
  • 2 batches homemade marshmallows, made in 9 by 13-inch pan for thick marshmallows, or store-bought
  • 1 batch homemade graham crackers, or store-bought
Assortment of Ghirardelli SQUARES:
  • milk chocolate
  • Milk Chocolate Caramel
  • Dark Chocolate Raspberry
  • Dark Chocolate Blueberry
  • Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel
  • Dark Chocolate 60% Cacao
  • Milk Chocolate Vanilla Caramel (only sold at Target stores, nationally)
  • Dark Chocolate Bourbon
Fresh Fruit:
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • blackberries
  • peaches
  • bananas
Flavor Boosters:
  • peanut butter
  • cookie butter
  • dulce de Leche
  • Toasted Coconut
  • Bacon

Instructions

  1. Slice your homemade marshmallows into even squares using a pizza wheel coated in powdered sugar. Arrange the marshmallows and all of your s’mores fixings on a table. If it’s a warm day, keep the chocolate inside or under shade until your guests arrive.
  2. Place a marshmallow on a skewer and toast over an open flame for 30 to 60 seconds, or until toasted to your desired level.
  3. Place your favorite Ghirardelli SQUARE on a cracker, then top with the warm toasted marshmallow. Add in any desired fruit or flavor boosters before topping with another graham cracker. Press together.
