Ingredients
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips divided
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3 Graham crackers optional
Instructions
- If using the oven, preheat it to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles. Lay them out on a cutting board.
- Sprinkle the 1 cup of chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over each triangle and lightly press them into place.
- Roll the dough up, starting at the wide end.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and shape them into crescents. Bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow the rolls to cool on the pan for five minutes, then transfer them to a wire cooling rack.
- If you want to sprinkle these with crushed graham crackers, put 3 in a zippered bag. Roll it with a rolling pin to crush the crackers and make crumbs.
- Place the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips in a piping bag or zippered bag and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals. After each interval, remove the bag and squeeze the chocolate chips to melt them. Continue heating until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Cut the tip off the bag and drizzle the chocolate over the top of the warm rolls. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the top and serve warm.
