S'mores Dip
Instead of dealing with a campfire, serve up this Skillet S'mores Dip for a scoobable, shareable treat! Chocolate and marshmallows are toasted in the oven then served with graham crackers for dipping in this indoor version of one of America's favorite summer desserts!

Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon salted butter
- 2 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips or a combination of milk chocolate and semisweet
- 16 ounces miniature marshmallows or 14-16 marshmallows cut in half
- Graham crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Set an 8- to 10-inch cast iron skillet inside for 5 minutes to heat up.
- Melt the butter in the hot pan, spreading to coat the bottom and sides. Pour in the chocolate chips, then top with an even layer or marshmallows.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, just until the marshmallows are toasted on top. Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.

Notes
- More dipping ideas: Besides graham crackers, you could dip pretzels, fruit, shortbread cookies, and more in this s'mores dip.
- Chocolate: I like using chocolate chips in this because they just seem easier to me, but you could use 6-7 bars of Hershey's chocolate instead.
