Ingredients

  • 18 Graham crackers (divided)
  • 1 TBS sugar
  • 6 TBS unsalted butter (melted)
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 15 large marshmallows
  • 3 chocolate candy bars

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9"x13" glass baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Crush about 15 whole graham crackers into a bowl and mix with sugar. Then add the melted butter and stir until you have a nice crumbly mixture. Press the graham cracker mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it around to cover the bottom of the pan.
  3. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the crust and spread evenly.
  4. Layer half the chocolate chips over the crust, then the oats, then the remaining chocolate chips and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with mini marshmallows. Then bake for another 4-5 minutes.
  6. Place 15 large marshmallows on top of the melted marshmallows.
  7. Turn the oven to a low broil then place the pan in the oven and broil for about 1 minute or until marshmallows just start to brown. Be sure to watch because they will brown very quickly.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
  9. Top with remaining crushed graham crackers and chocolate bar pieces then allow to cool an additional 30 minutes.
  10. Use the parchment paper to remove from the pan then cut into squares. Top with remaining piece of chocolate bar if desired.

Notes

  • Store s'mores bars in an airtight container for up to three days at room temperature.
  • Make sure to allow the bars to cool completely before you try to remove from the pan and cut. If they're still warm, they won't come out cleanly.
