S’mores Overnight Oats
S'mores overnight oats taste like a marshmallow chocolate explosion in a bowl. Chewy overnight oats are studded with mini marshmallows and mixed with graham crumbs for the most delicious flavor. Serve with a mini chocolate covered graham cracker on top!

Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ tablespoon Graham cracker crumbs
- pinch of kosher salt
- 1 cup milk, any variety works
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated mini marshmallows
- For topping: mini marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, chocolate covered grahams
Instructions
- Note: I like to use the dehydrated mini marshmallows as they add sweetness to the bowl. If you use regular (soft) mini marshmallows, you might want to add a teaspoon or so of honey or maple syrup to your oats when mixing them.
- Stir together the oats, chia seeds, graham crumbs and salt in a bowl or jar. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract. Stir in the mini marshmallows. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 to 8 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle a few more mini marshmallows, graham crumbs and chocolate chips or chocolate covered grahams.
