Snickers Salad
This Snickers Salad is packed with fresh apples, cream cheese, pudding, Snickers, and CARAMEL!
Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3.4 ounce instant vanilla pudding mix box
- 1 cup milk
- 8 ounces Cool Whip thawed
- 4 to 6 apple cored and chopped
- 6 Snickers bar sliced, full-size
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce for garnish
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium until smooth and combined.
- Add in the vanilla pudding mix and half of the milk. Beat until combined.
- Add in the remaining milk and mix in with the hand mixer until creamy.
- Add in the cool whip and beat until incorporated. The filling will become light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, add in the chopped apples.
- Add in the cream cheese mixture and sliced Snickers. Stir to combine.
- Serve up the Snickers Salad and drizzle with caramel sauce.
Notes
- I set aside 5 to 7 slices of Snickers to add to the top of the Snickers Salad for garnish.
