Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 8 ounces Snow peas usually one small bag
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add snow peas, salt, red pepper flakes, garlic and sesame seeds.
  3. Cook until peas just start to blister and garlic is fragrant, baout 5 minutes.
