Snowman Donut Skewers (Easy Holiday Treat!)

These snowman donut skewers are always on the menu for holiday parties and make the perfect treat to hand-out to friends at school. My kids request this fun and festive treat every year during the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 12 powdered donuts
  • 4 Wooden skewers
  • 4 peanut butter cups
  • 4 sticks red licorice
  • 8 pretzel sticks
  • 4 pieces orange candy I used jelly beans; you can use gumdrops, Mike and Ikes–anything that is orange works (even an orange slice!)
  • 8 mini chocolate chips a black edible marker or a dot of black frosting would also work for stickability.

Instructions

  1. Carefully skewer 3 donuts onto skewer leaving a little room at the top for the peanut butter cup.
  2. Wrap the licorice between the top and middle donut for the snowman’s scarf. Place two pretzel sticks on either side for the arms.
  3. On a flat surface decorate the snowman’s face with chocolate chips and orange candy.
