- Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint and lime slices.
- Say Geonbae 건배 or CHEERS!
Cup of Yum
Notes
- If using sugar instead of syrup, try adding 1 tsp per glass up to 1 Tbs if you like a sweeter drink.
- Tips for making a BIG BATCH for parties - Make a pre-mix of the soju, syrup (or sugar), lime juice in a pitcher and then just muddle the mint leaves in each cup with a splash of the soju mix, add ice and then top with some clud soda. Garnish with some lime or mint leaves and it will be a hit at your party!!
- Skip making simple syrup and use Maesil Cheong Syrup that you can buy online or make one yourself!
- Try adding a splash of stronger ABV liquor like Andong Soju or Hwayo to give it an extra kick!
