Soup Maker Celery Soup Ingredients:
  • 360 g celery
  • 360 g white potato
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic puree
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 Tbsp oregano
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice up your celery and potatoes, you can do the potatoes skin on or skin off. Why not save time by keeping the skin and the healthiest bit of the potato? Load celery and potatoes into a colander and rinse well and add to the soup maker.
  2. Load the rest of the ingredients into the soup maker and set it to the smooth soup setting.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes until you have smooth soup.
  4. Serve with grated cheese and bread rolls.

Notes

  • Peel. If you want a celery soup that has a bright green colour, I recommend that you peel your potato.
  • Weigh. We used 4 celery sticks and 1 large potato. We weighed it because we wanted to aim for equal potato to celery portions. But you don’t need to weigh them if you don’t want to.
