Ketchup BBQ Sauce. A quick and simple bbq sauce with ketchup, mustard, apple cider and Worcester sauce. A flavoursome barbecue sauce made with pantry staples and perfect for serving with pulled pork, or barbecue ribs.

Ketchup BBQ Sauce Ingredients:
- 240 ml tomato ketchup
- 30 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp golden syrup
- 2.5 Tsp mustard
- 1.5 Tsp Garlic puree
- 2 Tsp worcester sauce
- 1 small potato
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Peel and dice the potato and load everything into the soup maker.
- Cook for 20 minutes on the smooth soup setting.
- Allow to cool and then serve.

Notes
- Timings. My soup maker has a preset of 30 minutes for a smooth soup. I just stop it after 20 minutes because it is fully cooked by this point.
