Delicious and creamy soup maker pumpkin soup. Made with just picked pumpkins, garlic, and diced onion.

Ingredients
- 800 g Cubed Fresh Pumpkin
- 1 medium onion
- 2 Tsp chopped garlic
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 1 Tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 Tbsp mixed herbs
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Peel and dice your onion and load it into the soup marker along with the chopped garlic.
- Place the veggie stock into the bottom of the soup maker. Then add in as much cubed pumpkin that will fit and then add your seasonings on top.
- Place the lid on the soup maker and set it to smooth soup and cook it for 25 minutes. If not fully smooth, then use the pulse button on your soup maker to blend fully.
- Now serve with bread or allow to cool before freezing.

Notes
- Cream. You can add cream if you want but it really doesn’t need it and its great if you want a low calorie pumpkin soup.
