Sour Cream and Onion Dip
This 6-ingredient sour cream and onion dip is so simple and easy with pantry staples. It takes seconds to whip up and makes the perfect last-minute snack or appetizer, especially for game days or parties!
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream 240g
- 1 Tablespoon onion minced dried
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley dried
- ¼ teaspoon table salt
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- chives optional, or scallions, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Cover, refrigerate for one hour (recommended), and then stir again before serving. If desired, top with fresh chives or scallions before serving.
