Sour Cream Biscuits (3-ingredients)
Sour Cream Biscuits are soft, buttery, fluffy and made with only 3-ingredients. They are so easy to make and the perfect addition for breakfast or dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter 2 sticks, salted
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups self-rising flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl melt the butter.
- To the butter whisk in the sour cream until well combined and smooth.
- Next using a wooden spoon stir in the flour until it is all incorporated.
- Spoon the dough ⅔ of the way up a 12-count muffin tin. No need to grease the pan.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes in the pan before moving to a cooling rack.
- Serve!
