Sour Cream Sauce
It's so easy to make sour cream sauce at home. All you need is sour cream, fresh chives, a few common pantry spices and a splash of milk.

- 1 cup sour cream I used low fat
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives plus extra for garnish
- ¼ teaspoon fine salt
- 2 - 3 tablespoons milk (as needed) see my notes
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, chives and salt.
- Stir well to incorporate.
- Add milk gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
- Sprinkle with extra chives and serve.
