South Carolina Style Mustard BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¾ Cup yellow mustard
  • ¼ Cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ Cup Mike's Hot Honey
  • ⅓ Cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 Tablespoon ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the mustard barbeque sauce ingredients in a saucepan and stir well to combine.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, and then reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes then remove from the heat.
  3. Cool, and place in an airtight container. Refrigerate until needed.
