Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough ball, store-bought or homemade
  • 14 oz black beans drained and rinsed, reduced sodium, canned
  • 2 TBS green chilies found in the ethnic section, canned fire roasted
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tomato diced, small
  • 1 red onion diced, small
  • ½ cup corn kernels frozen
  • ½ cup Monterey jack cheese grates
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 handful cilantro chopped
  • 3 talks green onion chopped
  • 2 TBS sour cream light, or Greek yogurt
  • 1 TBS lime juice
