- 1 lb pizza dough ball, store-bought or homemade
- 14 oz black beans drained and rinsed, reduced sodium, canned
- 2 TBS green chilies found in the ethnic section, canned fire roasted
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tomato diced, small
- 1 red onion diced, small
- ½ cup corn kernels frozen
- ½ cup Monterey jack cheese grates
- ½ cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1 handful cilantro chopped
- 3 talks green onion chopped
- 2 TBS sour cream light, or Greek yogurt
- 1 TBS lime juice
