Ingredients
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 medium shallot
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 3 oz soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
- 6 oz Sweet chili sauce
Chicken wings:
- 1 1/2 lb chicken wings
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Season the wings with evoo, salt and pepper.
- Roast them for 20 minutes at 350 °F / 176 °C.
- Heat the Canola oil and sear the wings until they become golden brown.
- Add the sauce and reduce until slightly thickened. Garnish with sesame and scallion.
