Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups warm water
- 4 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/2 cube chicken bouillon
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
- fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the rice and toast for 5 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring frequently,
- Add the warm water, tomato sauce, chicken bouillon, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well until combined.
- Cover the skillet and let simmer for 20–25 minutes over low heat until there is no liquid left. Let the rice sit for 5 minutes, covered.
- Fluff the rice with a fork. Garnish with fresh parsley and DEVOUR.
