Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 4 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cube chicken bouillon
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the rice and toast for 5 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring frequently,
  2. Add the warm water, tomato sauce, chicken bouillon, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well until combined.
  3. Cover the skillet and let simmer for 20–25 minutes over low heat until there is no liquid left. Let the rice sit for 5 minutes, covered.
  4. Fluff the rice with a fork. Garnish with fresh parsley and DEVOUR.
