Ingredients

  • 4 ounces sparkling apple cider
  • 1 ounce pomegranate juice (optional)
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • Pomegranate arils and lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the apple cider and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. If using Pomegranate juice, add that to give it a festive color.
  2. Stir gently and garnish with pomegranate arils and lemon twist.

Notes

  • I definitely recommend the pomegranate juice for a splash of color. You can also use any of your favorite sparkling juices in place of the cider.
