Sparkling Apple Cider Sangria

Apples, oranges, pomegranate seeds, and cinnamon sticks with sparkling cider are a FUN twist on classic sangria!! One of the BEST apple cider drinks!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples diced into bite-sized pieces (Fuji, Gala, Honeycrisp, or your favorite)
  • 2 medium oranges sliced thinly
  • about 3/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • about 4 cinnamon sticks
  • one 750 ml bottle non-alcoholic sparking apple cider chilled (champagne or prosecco may be substituted)
  • 4 cups Lipton Green Tea Citrus flavor iced tea chilled
  • ice optional for serving

Instructions

  1. To a large pitcher or punch bowl, add the fruit, cinnamon sticks, top off with the liquids, and stir to combine.
  2. Serve immediately over ice if desired, or refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving, noting that the sparkling cider loses carbonation as time passes.

Notes

  • Tip: Trader Joe’s sells pomegranate seeds in their refrigerated case so you don’t have to DIY
