Apples, oranges, pomegranate seeds, and cinnamon sticks with sparkling cider are a FUN twist on classic sangria!! One of the BEST apple cider drinks!

Ingredients

  • 2 apple diced into bite-sized pieces (Fuji, Gala, Honeycrisp, or your favorite, medium
  • 2 orange sliced thinly, medium
  • pomegranate seeds about 3/4 cup
  • cinnamon sticks about 4 sticks
  • apple cider chilled (champagne or prosecco may be substituted, non-alcoholic sparkling, 750 ml bottle
  • 4 cups green tea iced tea chilled, Lipton citrus flavor
  • ice optional for serving

Instructions

  1. To a large pitcher or punch bowl, add the fruit, cinnamon sticks, top off with the liquids, and stir to combine.
  2. Serve immediately over ice if desired, or refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving, noting that the sparkling cider loses carbonation as time passes.

Notes

  • Tip: Trader Joe’s sells pomegranate seeds in their refrigerated case so you don’t have to DIY
